Breaking: ISIS Announces New Boko Haram Leader, Find Out Who He Is

 

 

 

The Islamic State, popularly known as ISIS, has announced a new leader for the Boko Haram group, BBC Reports.
Abu Musab al-Barnawi, who was previously spokesman for Boko Haram, is to replace Abubakar Shekau.
Mr. Al-Barnawi’s announcement was featured in the latest issue of an ISIS magazine.
